Pakistan News: Former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has left for London by air ambulance for treatment. He has been running ill for a long time.

But to go to London, he had to get permission from the court. The Lahore High Court has allowed Nawaz Sharif to go abroad for treatment for four weeks.

The trick in this story is that Imran Khan's government did not want to allow him to go abroad for treatment.

The government said that if it is necessary, then a bond of Rs 700 crore should be filled with them.

Nawaz Sharif, 69, was sentenced to seven years in a corruption case involving the Chaudhary Sugar Mill last year.

He was also sent to jail, but being ill he was admitted to a hospital in Lahore. But there was no significant improvement in his condition.

The platelets of Nawaz Sharif were decreasing considerably. They also have sugar and heart disease.

In view of his poor condition, he had sought permission from the government for treatment abroad, but the government had given a condition of filling the bonds of 700 crore rupees.

He then approached the court and the court gave him permission to go out for treatment.

The question is why the Imran government did not want to let him go abroad. Experts say that the Imran government was in a dilemma on this issue.

On the one hand, he was facing heavy criticism in the country for not giving proper treatment to Nawaz Sharif, on the other hand it is expected that if Nawaz Sharif does not return from abroad, he will have to face the anger of the public.

Perhaps this was the reason that the Imran government wanted him to sign the bond. But Nawaz Sharif, who is considered a master of political pawn, categorically refused to do so.

So should it be considered a political defeat for the Imran government?

On the matter of Nawaz Sharif not filling the bond, he says that Nawaz Sharif's party has said that when the court granted him the bail, then why should he fill the government bail. On the other hand, his party was also trying to prove that he is not going abroad by doing any deal with Imran Khan government.

The condition of political parties in Pakistan, which is struggling with very poor financial condition, is also not good.

Nawaz Sharif was in jail and his daughter Maryam was also in jail. Now he is out of jail on bail. Apart from this, former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and former President Asif Ali Zardari are also in jail in different cases of corruption.

Nawaz Sharif has been the most famous comeback man in Pakistan's politics.

He has been the Prime Minister of Pakistan three times but could never complete his term.

Sharif, who first became PM in 1990, was dismissed in 1993. He returned in 1997. Two years later, when the military overthrew him in 1999, it was considered the end of his political innings.

But Sharif, who returned to power with a big victory in the 2013 elections, could not complete his term again. In July 2017, the Supreme Court disqualified Sharif and he had to leave the chair.

The next year, in 2018, he was sentenced to seven years in the corruption case.

Nawaz Sharif, who has been an important face of the politics of Pakistan for the past 30 years, has shown the stern attitude towards his treatment, his party has succeeded in bringing the Imran government on the backfoot. But whether this success will end the difficult phase of Muslim League or Nawaz Sharif, it remains to be seen.
